The 2012 CEOHG Study Evening
Presentation by Chris Packham Enviroderm
Topic: The Role of Skin Health Surveillance in the Prevention of Occupational Skin Disease
Chris Packham is well known internationally for his work in the prevention of damage to health due to skin exposure. Chris combines an engineering background with an in-depth knowledge of dermatology to develop systems for clients that will help minimise the risk of occupational skin disease. He has recently been described by a leading European dermatologist as “the international expert in the field of risk assessment in occupational settings related to skin hazards”. Chris is involved in several EU projects on the reduction of occupational skin disease. His approach is often controversial, but always practical and based on a combination of scientific evidence and his extensive experience of over 30 years.
